1. Service Description

77UGC is an AI-powered content studio for brands and creators. Our platform lets you generate photorealistic AI avatars from a text prompt, edit product images, and produce campaign-grade visuals — without a shoot. Features include avatar generation, AI image editing, a curated model library, and credit-based billing.

2. Account Requirements

To use 77UGC, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the rights to any images you upload
• Purchase credits to use AI generation features

3. Credits and Payments

77UGC operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed per generation.

• Credits are available in Starter ($10), Popular ($25), and Best Value ($50) packs
• Credits never expire
• Avatar generation costs 1 credit; image edits cost 3–6 credits depending on resolution
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe

No Refunds: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

4. Content Generation

By using our AI generation features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may vary in quality and results are not guaranteed
• You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before commercial use
• Generated content must not violate any third-party rights
• You must not use the platform to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal imagery

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. For AI-generated outputs:

• You own the rights to outputs generated from your prompts and uploads
• You may use generated content for commercial purposes including brand marketing, advertising, and social media
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use 77UGC to:

• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content
• Attempt to circumvent our credit system or security measures
• Resell or redistribute access to our service without authorization
• Generate deepfakes of real individuals without their consent

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

77UGC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited and your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform.
